Please note our dinner reservation policy:  All reservations are allotted a 2-hour dining experience unless it is a contracted event. After our 10 minute grace period, the table is no longer guaranteed.  Location of the table is not guaranteed but if you have a request, we will note it and do our best to accommodate. All guests in your party must be present to be seated. 

Cancellations: Please note Friday & Saturday evenings we do require a credit card for all reservations after 6pm. Any cancellations made within 4 hours of your reservation time, will incur a $25 per person cancellation fee. Please call the restaurant directly to cancel your reservation at least four hours prior. 202.920.0100

Payment: Maximum of 4 credit cards per table

Corkage Fee: $55 per bottle

Parking: Metered street parking/ nearby garages, we currently do not offer valet parking and highly suggest uber and or ride share.

To ensure the best possible experience for all our guests, we kindly ask that large parties book a single reservation rather than multiple smaller ones. While we will do our best to accommodate requests, we cannot guarantee that separate reservations will be seated together or at the same table. If you’d like to book for a larger group, please contact us directly events@balosrestaurants.com and we’ll be happy to assist in making the appropriate arrangements.
